So what happened to Armor Languages?
Well, we've incorporated ourselves into Aztech-Global (registered in Tianjin, China). The studio, however, is still located in Taiwan, so if you want to find us physically, you know where to go :D

My partner is picking up projects and socializing (she's an expert on this) in Tianjin and Beijing. Currently, I'm working as an in-house translator in PTSGI (the largest translation and interpretation agency in Taiwan). You can find the company here. Most of the time (actually, more like ALL of the time), I'm translating uninteresting things such as SOPs, ISOs, news articles, sales DMs where source text is already of an abysmal quality.

I do enjoy the translation process and converting unreadable Chinese into passable English. This Blog will be a form of last refuge for me to do what I want to do: translate things that deserve to be translated into English because it's actually interesting and let's you know what Chinese people are thinking, from an insider's perspective.

I'll keep you guys posted if I see anythings coming.

My studio processes on average of 1200 words / day nowadays, no thanks to the full-time position I'm working in right now. If we could work on translation for a full 10 hours / day, we would be seeing 6000 words / day instead.
由於本人全職上班，目前本工作室只能一天處理1200字。如果本人能一天10個小時能專注在翻譯上，工作室的處理量可提升到每日6000字。
